Orders are normally processed & shipped within 2-5 business days from the time they are placed, pending availability and credit card verification.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Aerothotic offers free exchanges for full price items on domestic orders within 30 days of purchase (excluding Final Sale items) and accepts refund requests on domestic orders within 30 days of purchase, minus the shipping fee.
For international returns & exchanges, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs both directions.
Final Sale items are non-refundable.
Aerothotic does not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased outside of our online store, aerothotic.com. For fastest exchange & return service on items purchased outside of aerothotic.com, please return to original purchase location.
START AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange, customers must complete the return/exchange form. Once received & processed, Aerothotic will email a pre-paid, printable shipping label to domestic customers so you can send your items back to Aerothotic. International customers are required to also fill out the same online return form prior to shipping their exchange to Aerothotic.
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of your purchase date. You are allowed a 1 time exchange per order.
You may only exchange your item(s) for a different size or color. If would like to exchange for a different style, we request that you return the item for a refund and place a new order for the different style you’d like. For exchange purposes, items returned must be in unused & re-sellable condition and have all tags intact.
Returns/Exchanges are being processed in order they have been received. Please allow up to 3-5 Business Days for your return to be processed, during peak season this can take longer. When sending your exchange, please include printed copies of both your return form and purchase receipt.
Upon receipt of returned items, Aerothotic reserves the right to deny exchange if items do not meet the terms & conditions of our return policy above.

When sending your return package, please include a copy of the completed return form and the original purchase receipt, along with the items you wish to return.
For return & credit purposes, items must be in unworn and in re-sellable condition, showing no signs of wear with all tags intact. International customers are required to also fill out the same on-line return form prior to shipping their return to Aerothotic.
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s credit card for the full amount of returned merchandise (less original shipping costs associated with the order) within 14-days of receiving return and may take up to two billing cycles to be reflected on your credit card account.
Aerothotic will not accept returns for credit with items showing signs of use or wear, or for any returns made more than 30-days after original purchase date.
Upon receipt of returned items, Aerothotic reserves the right to deny return & refund if items do not meet the terms & conditions of our return policy.
NOTE: RESTOCKING FEE
All items returned are subject to a restocking fee of $8 which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling paid is nonrefundable.
30 DAY GUARANTEE
Aerothotic’s 30 day guarantee protects against any manufacturing defects in our footwear and gear, welcoming customers to return defective items for up to 30 days date of purchase for exchange or refund.
Aerothotic’s guarantee only covers manufacturing defects such as stitching, strap or material defects present at time of sale, and does not protect against normal wear & tear, or damage caused by weather, water, heat, animals, etc.

Upon receipt of returned items, Aerothotic reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the conditions of our guarantee & return policy above, in which customers are given the option to either have their footwear returned to them as is at their expense, or allow Aerothotic to recycle or repurpose their items in exchange for a 15% discount off their next Aerothotic purchase.
